Warranty Policy

R-Cycles GmbH will rectify defects at its own discretion through repair or replacement. Rescission and reduction are excluded. Defective material must be registered with a guarantee application form before it is returned. This form can be found in the online shop (shop.r-cycles.ch), otherwise the goods will be returned unprocessed and subject to a charge.
