  • from CHF 250 net order value we deliver free of charge (excl. frames and bikes)
  • Small quantity surcharge CHF 10.- for orders under CHF 50.- net

Orders are generally processed by 16:00. All packages are sent with Swiss Post. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Bikes, frames and wheels are bulky goods due to their size, delivery can take up to 2 days.
Assembled bikes are delivered with the truck transport.

Complaints must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns

Articles can only be returned after prior agreement within 10 days. The return must be free. We charge a processing fee of CHF 10.- for each red one.


Goods that are not in their original packaging or in perfect condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender
